Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company was established on 11/25/2016, is a foreign-invested company operating in the field of renewable energy, friendly with the environment. Currently, TTP Phu Yen Joint Stock Company is the Investor of Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant in Phu Yen province, with installed capacity of 256MWp. Of which, 80% is invested by B.Grimm Power PCL Company of Thailand, the rest in the project is invested by Vietnam Truong Thanh Group (20%). 15% of TTVN's share in Phu Yen TTP had been transferred to one of Japan's leading power suppliers - Yonden Corporation (Shikoku Electric Power Co., Inc.) since May 25, 2023.
Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company was granted the 9th business registration certificate on January 27, 2022, charter capital of VND 5,753.6 billion.
On November 17, 2018, Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Hoa Hoi solar power plant project in Hoa Hoi commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province. On June 25, 2019, Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company held the inauguration ceremony and officially put the Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant into operation. Only after 7 months of construction, the plant was officially recognized by EVN EPTC to generate commercial electricity from June 10, 2019.
