On April 4, 2019, according to the work plan, representatives of Hoa Hoi solar power plant include: Head of the plant's operation shift, the operator organized a tour and exchange program to learn from experience with KrongPa solar power plant in Gia Lai. Although it was the first time the two units met and exchanged, the great two units shared and supported information; experience in operating the solar power plant in the spirit of openness, listening and learning.
Together on highway 25, Hoa Hoi and KrongPa Solar Power Plants have many similarities in climate and geography, so there are many common points in the operation that need exchange of experiences. With the support of leaders of 2 units, the leader of Hoa Hoi solar power plant operation workshop had the opportunity to visit the operating workshop area as well as the whole factory from the battery and rack system to drainage and fire protection system.
At the visit, the leaders of both plants openly shared experiences in the operation as well as troubleshooting skills of the power plant. Through the program, the operating staff can expand the relationship, accumulate more knowledge and skills in the operation, thereby drawing valuable lessons in the management process.
Mr. Dang Truong An - Manager of solar power plant said: "Renewable energy industry has flourished in Vietnam in the past few years, so human resources are still lacking and not met. enough current development needs. Therefore, the operators with practical experience in operating the solar power plant will be the most efficient and suitable instructors. The exchange of experiences between factories will contribute to raising awareness, accumulating experiences to share and communicate to the next class ”.
