On November 17, 2018, Truong Thanh Vietnam Joint Stock Company (TTVN Group) and B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited Group (B.Grimm Group), held the groundbreaking ceremony of Hoa Solar Power Plant project in Hoa Hoi commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province. This is the first solar power plant in Phu Yen province.
Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant Project has a total area of about 256 hectares, installation capacity of 256 MWp, total investment of nearly VND 4,986 billion, invested by Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company. The project has been approved by the Prime Minister and added to the Electricity Planning VII (adjusted) in the Official Dispatch No. 157 / TTg-CN dated January 31, 2018 and approved by the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province, Investment Policy No. 946 / QD-UBND dated 11/05/2018.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, General Director of Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company, said: “This is the project with the largest capacity that TTVN Group is implementing in the localities and identified by the Prime Minister as one of key projects in the socio-economic development master plan of Phu Yen province up to 2020, with a vision to 2030.”
“When completed, the Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant project will contribute to ensuring energy security; At the same time, create many jobs for employees and contribute significantly to the local budget ”- Mr. Tuan affirmed.
Hoa Hoi solar power plant is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2019.

TTVN Group aims to prioritize investment resources for the development of clean energy projects, including solar power, wind power and domestic waste incineration in line with the Government's energy security objectives. and local sustainable development needs.
TTVN Group is currently implementing 6 solar power plant projects in the provinces: Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Dak Nong; of which 4 solar power projects have been approved by the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Industry and Trade to supplement the Power Plan (adjusted).
