After completing the installation of 100% of solar panels, Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant is rushing to enter the final stage of construction in order to put it into operation in time as planned.
Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant Project is invested by Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company with two shareholders, B.Grimm Group of the Kingdom of Thailand and TTVN Group of Vietnam, with a total investment of more than VND 4,985 billion, is the key project of Phu Yen province to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of Phu Yen province. The factory is built on mixed agricultural and forestry land in Phong Hau village, Hoa Hoi commune, Phu Hoa district with an installed capacity of more than 256MWp with an expected annual output of more than 367,000 MWh. To be able to produce such a large capacity of electricity, the plant has installed nearly 677,000 solar panels. On May 1, PV panel installation was 100% completed to go to the final stage of the construction process.
Hundreds of workers, engineers and modern machinery are making urgent efforts to perfect the substation, connect 220kV lines and connect inverter systems to put the plant into operation. It is expected that around mid-May 2019, the plant will conduct the test and acceptance test of techniques to ensure the power transmission lines and transformer stations of the control system at the plant operate smoothly and safely.
