On July 23, 2024, Phu Yen Solar Power Plant had the honor of welcoming a delegation of students from Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University of Thailand (among the oldest and most prestigious universities in Thailand) for a visit and learning experience. The visit was part of the KH Camp for Next C-Suite program, a project that provides internship and practical learning opportunities for students with outstanding academic achievements.

Mr. Burapha Sanguanwong, CEO of KH Academy, stated that the KH Camp for Next C-Suite program is designed to provide students with practical experiences in leading organizations. This program aims to equip students with the necessary skills for sustainable development and to prepare them for their future careers.

During the visit to Phu Yen TTP Solar Power Plant, the delegation was provided with an overview of the company by Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn - CEO of Phu Yen TTP JSC. He also shared that Phu Yen Solar Power Plant is one of the largest solar power projects in Vietnam, contributing to the country’s sustainable development through the use of renewable energy.

The students toured the entire plant and learned about the operation and production processes of solar power. Additionally, they listened to discussions about the challenges and opportunities in the solar power industry. This was a valuable opportunity for students to gain deeper insights into renewable energy technology and management, a rapidly growing field worldwide.

The visit included the participation of many esteemed lecturers from Thammasat University and Chulalongkorn University, such as Assistant Professor Parinya Thewanaruemitkul, Associate Professor Dr. Somchai Suphatrakul, Assistant Professor Dr. Orapan Yonrabil, and many others. The lecturers highly appreciated the KH Camp for Next C-Suite program and emphasized that internships are an essential part of student training, helping them develop comprehensively and better prepare for their future careers.

Mr. Burapha Sanguanwong stated that the visit to Phu Yen Solar Power Plant not only provided valuable knowledge and experience for the students but also created opportunities for them to connect with industry experts. This is an important step in the students’ learning and development journey, contributing to building a high-quality workforce for the future.
