In order to educate a good traditional culture for teenagers, and at the same time create a useful, joyful and exciting playground for them on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival. September 12, 2019, with the support of the People's Committee of Hoa Hoi Commune, the Union of Hoa Hoi Primary School, the Union of Phu Hoa District Public Security, Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company - Phu Yen Branch - Hoa Solar Power Plant The Association has organized a Mid-Autumn Festival with the theme "Full Moon Festival" for all students in Hoa Hoi commune. 

The program took place with the excitement of all the students here, with extremely special performances prepared and performed by the students themselves, in addition to TTP Phu Yen Joint Stock Company- Branch Phu Yen - Hoa Hoi Solar Power Plant also prepared small gifts to give to students, wishing to contribute a little effort, creating conditions for children in extremely difficult circumstances. Towels are played at a warm Mid-Autumn Festival and full of love.
