In accordance with the training plan of2021, on the morning of June 5, 2021, all employees of  Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company participated in the internal training course of "Improve report writing skills" which was presented by Mr. Pham Quang Thanh – Project Management Specialist (Project Management Dept.). The course aims to improve the quality of reporting on work and projects, demonstrating the professionalism of the Company to large partnerss such as B.Grimm, Asian Development Bank (ADB), state management agencies, etc.

However, due to the complicated spreading situation of the Covid-19pandemic, the staffs were divided into small groups sitting at different locations to participate in online training, in order to minimize contact toprevent pandemic.

Report writing skills are extremely important for any employee in an organization or business. “A report not only shows the professionalism and capacity of the company, but also shows the point of view as well as the qualifications of the individual making the report” – Mr. Thanh shared.

At the training session, Mr. Thanh also raised important notice when making the report through his own experience when working with large companies and partners. In addition to ensuring the quality of report content, the format is also one of the notable points which shows the professionalism of the organizations and/or individuals and helps to get good impression ofreaders.

“The training session is very useful, and it is highly recommended that you share your difficulties and concerns as well as talk about your weaknesses and points that you don't know or share your experiences. When people are open to exchange, we can help ourselves develop.” – Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - General Director of the Company encourages all employees of the company to share candidly about their views and actual reporting at the present time. Representatives of the departments also raised their opinions on the status of reporting in their departments, thereby exchanging and drawing more experiences to improve their work.

In the end of the training session, all employees took a test to summarize the content as well as give an assessment of the course. The sharing session has received positive feedback from all employees, which is the motivation for the Company to organize training courses in the near future.
