Do you want to provide hands-on LRP (Livelihood Restoration Plan) direction and promote a positive culture within a fast-paced, solar power manufacturing company? Are you ready to gain a chance for the LRP Coordinator / Community Relations Liaison (CRL) position? 

Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company is undertaking a LRP to help improving Affected Households (Ahs) livelihood condition and recover AHs income to the level normal situation. 

With a view to allocate sufficient management efforts to the LRP, we would like to recruit a CRL to be on behalf of TTPPY to help facilitating all field activities of LRP at community level.  

MAIN DUTIES: 

•Guide the involving parties in the sequence of implementing the livelihood development program; 

•Identifying needs and issues of the community and AHs and propose settlement plans; 

•Involve into Hoa Hoi Commune People’s Committee (CPC) meetings on the implementation of LRP.  

•Take part into community meeting and support AHs to finalize required documents to access loan; 

•Monitor and assist AHs during the implementation of their livelihood model in accordance with their plan; 

•Report to HSSE and PYTTP management board on issues and problems in the field for timely and effective measurement; 

•In collaboration with the short-term livelihood consultant, establish and maintain a ahs supported database to keep track of supporting activities and household profiles; 

•Support to organize communication events at community level such as community presentation, workshop, seminar and training; 

•Take part into technical training and retrain/ guide household on trained topics 

•Monitor the repayment and utilization of loan; 

•Implement other tasks as assigned by PY TTP management and short-term livelihood consultant. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS: 

LRP Coordinator is expected to have following skills and qualification. 

University graduate major in Agricultural science, Social sciences or equivalent. 

At least 2 years of working experience (experience in CSR programs is an advantage). 

Language: Good at English. 

Good at Microsoft office and presentation skills… 

Have demonstrable knowledge on agriculture development, community development 

Passionate in working with community  

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

High adaptability and have strong self-learning capacity 

Able to get new knowledge from the Internet 

Able to use computer or smartphone and Internet 

Strong teamwork spirit. 

Live in Hoa Hoi is preferable.
